Summer Grill Recipe – Easy Marinated Shrimp: 6 lbs raw shrimp (1 lb/person), 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup orange juice, 6 garlic cloves, 1 t lemon pepper. Whisk together the marinade and add shimp – leave in refrigerator for 30 mins. Place marinated shrimp in grill skillet and toss constantly for 5 mins until done. Season with Old Bay seasoning. Serve hot off the grill!
